You can log in and check your existing and previous orders at any time.

For ongoing orders, you will see various stages of the processing of your order:

• Awaiting Payment - This will typically appear where you have abandoned payment during the Paypal process, or where you have opted to pay by cheque and we are awaiting the cheque arriving or clearing.
  
• Awaiting Fulfilment - This means that your payment has been completed and the order is in our hands. You don't have to do anything more until we contact you or send out your item!
  
• Partially Shipped - Where you order more than one item, they may be sent out separately. Partially Shipped simply means that one or more items are to follow.
  
• Completed / Shipped - Either of these messages mean that your order has been posted out to you.
  
• Cancelled - You are free to cancel an order before we dispatch it. If you choose to do so, your order will appear as Cancelled when you check it later.
  
• Declined - This may happen if your credit or debit card is declined. Simply try again or contact us if you encounter a technical problem.
  
• Refunded - In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and return it to us, we will process a refund for you. Your refund will be dealt with quickly and efficiently, and your order status will change to Refunded.
