Item Availability

Generally, our items are in stock or available within 2-5 working days, and will be sent to you by Special Delivery before or at the end of that period. Often the availability will be even sooner - it just depends on the item in question and the day the order is placed. Rings are most likely to take a little longer, depending on your ring size. If in doubt, ask!

Items in the Get It Quick category are in stock and can be posted the working day after the order is placed. Availability of any other item can change from day to day and so it may be that your preferred item will be on backorder or, in the worst case scenario, unavailable for up to 4-6 weeks. Any major delays beyond a week will be notified to you by email and you will be able to cancel the order if necessary.

Postage and Packaging

We offer free P&P on orders over £100. Orders under £100 cost just £4.95. All orders are sent by Royal Mail 24-hour Special Delivery for qualifying UK areas, or a similar service for remote areas. Packages will reauire a signature on delivery. Our jewellery items are attractively presented in leatherette or wooden gift boxes, and for £1.50 we will also gift wrap them for you.

Delivery times and addresses

All items are sent by Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery where possible, and will require a signature on delivery.

To dissuade online fraudsters, we only send items to the billing address.

We only accept orders and deliver to the UK and Ireland. Any orders placed in contravention of this policy will be cancelled and refunded.
