Item Availability

If you need an item by a specific date, please advise us in the extra information box when you place your order, or email us beforehand using the Availability Request page.

Items in the Get It Quick category are in stock and can be posted the working day after the order is placed. Availability of any other item can change from day to day and although many items are usually available within 3-5 working days it may be that your preferred item will be on backorder or, in the worst case scenario, unavailable for up to 4-6 weeks. Any major delays beyond 10 days will be notified to you by email and you will be able to amend or cancel the order if necessary.

We believe in traditional customer service and will always send out your order as quickly as we can and keep you informed in the meantime.

Postage and Packaging

We offer free P&P on orders over £100. Orders under £100 cost just £4.95.

All orders are sent by Royal Mail 24-hour Special Delivery for qualifying UK areas, or a similar service for remote areas. Packages will require a signature on delivery (see above for item avilability). Our jewellery items are attractively presented in leatherette or wooden gift boxes, and for £1.50 we will also gift wrap them for you.

Delivery addresses

To dissuade online fraudsters, we only send items to the billing address.

We only accept orders and deliver to the UK and Ireland. Any orders placed in contravention of this policy may be cancelled and refunded.
