Troubleshooting: I received multiple order emails

Don't worry! This is probably because you abandoned the order process halfway through before going back and completing it fully. Rest assured - you can simply ignore all order confirmation emails which do not relate to an order for which you completed every step of the payment process. You will NOT be charged more than once.
A successful order will result in two seperate emails to you - first the order confirmation from Aspiration Jewellery and secondly, a payment confirmation from Secpay. So an Aspiration Jewellery confirmation email on its own can just be ignored, as can all previous ones which were not accompanied almost immediately by a Secpay email.
We endeavour to keep the payment process simple, so we will look at technical ways of eliminating this issue in the New Year.
