Tanzanite Jewellery

Traditionally, December only had one birthstone, the turquoise. However in 2002 the American Gem Trade Association formally added tanzanite as an alternative birtstone for December birthdays, giving ladies lucky enough to be born in December the choice between traditional turquoise or contemporary tanzanite jewellery for their birthday gift.
